Groups & Workshops


Overview & Purpose

This LGBTQIA Youth Support group is for adolescents age 14 - 17. Psychoeducation will occur through multiple modalities including art and open conversations. Supportive group discussions around gender identity and sexual identity will be encouraged . This group is facilitated by a cis mental health intern with past experience as a school psychologist.

Group Topics

  1. Education around pronouns and identities

  2. Navigating school and community systems

  3. Exploring privilege and power around identity

  4. Naming hopes and fears

  5. Exploring creative outlets to support the self in authentic expression and identity


  • Group will take place over 8 - 10 consecutive weeks 

  • Meetings will be virtual

  • Cost is free

Transgender & Gender Non-Conforming Support Group, ages 18+

Mondays from 5:30 to 7pm

New 10 week group starting soon -  Please contact Shannon for screening 

This support and psychoeducational group is for adults ages 18+ who identify as transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, genderqueer, or any other personally meaningful term indicating you are not cis. This 8 week group is facilitated by a trans identified mental health clinician and the group focus will be on establishing positive connections and sharing resources with trans peers, supporting each other in navigating minority stress, celebrating transness, and exploring ways to authentically express our identities and more fully enjoy our lives.

  • Group will take place over 10 consecutive weeks

  • Cost is $50 per group for a total of $500 for the series
